The photographer Marc Da Cunha Lopes presented his last series entitled recently “Vertebrata”. Placing skeletons with the strange forms and intrigantes in Parisian decorations and a mysterious environment. In exposure to the Rabouan-Moussion Gallery until May 7.

Book Sculptures

Nick Georgiou from Queens, New York, has managed to use something as simple as old books-newspapers to create these bizarre sculptures. He finds pleasure in giving words life and transforming them into something new.

Xia Xiao Wan is a chinese artist, born in 1959, who uses an interesting and unique technique of compiling multiple layers of 2d paintings to create a 3d image. Using this technique Xia Xiao Wan is able to create a deep image that appears almost holographic.

"Cats love anti gravity. I bet you didn’t know that. This device was invented by Swedish immigrant Per Karlsson in the early 50s, and a small series was produced in Wellington for a while. But people didn’t go for it as much as Karlsson had hoped; maybe because they didn’t fancy having the cat hover around too much. In case you’re wondering what the little cap with the “antlers” is the cat is wearing on its head, it’s the mind reader. The cat steers the machine with her thoughts, because, how else would she."
